These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of d3x.health and any purchase you make from D3X ("D3X," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

WHO WE ARE
D3X is a wellness and supplement brand offering liquid vitamin D3 + K2 products directly to consumers in the United States.
Our website is hosted on Shopify and may use trusted third-party providers to support payments, subscriptions, analytics, affiliate tracking, and communications.
References to "D3X," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the D3X brand and its operators.
USING THE SITE
You may use d3x.health for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute site content without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with D3X
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to the site
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
ACCOUNTS
If you create an account on d3x.health, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, subscription pricing, product descriptions, promotional offers, or discount codes at any time without prior notice.
Pricing changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
We also reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product description errors at any time.
Discount codes and promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on the billing interval you selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@d3x.health.
Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only. We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or fulfilled.
Where applicable, we may send reminder emails prior to subscription renewals.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, inventory availability, or circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@d3x.health and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you experience an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@d3x.health.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened products are generally not eligible for return for health and safety reasons. However, we review refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion.

D3X products are dietary supplements.
Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for violations of our policies or misuse of the brand.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics tools, social platforms, or affiliate software providers.
