SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how D3X processes and ships orders placed through d3x.health.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories
- International addresses
We may expand shipping availability in the future.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will do our best to notify you.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Please note that carrier tracking updates are controlled by the shipping provider and may occasionally experience delays or inaccuracies outside our control.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery is completed.
If your package appears to be genuinely lost or significantly delayed, contact support@d3x.health with your order number and tracking information.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
D3X is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping information, contact support@d3x.health as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before an order has shipped.
D3X is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided during checkout.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically based on your selected billing interval.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information each time a subscription order ships.
To update your shipping address or manage future subscription shipments, log into your account or contact support@d3x.health before your next renewal date.
SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.
D3X is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Holidays
- Customs or transportation interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information
- Events outside our reasonable control
